Fantastic soup! I'm super picky about soups and it's hard to get a good restaurant one that is home made and delicious. I have been home sick and really needed some soup and I'm so glad I have these guys a try. I ordered the chicken noodle and it's really great.

Located in an industrial park and therefore hidden from plain sight, after a visit at a nearby (specialty) doctor's office, and on the advice of a receptionist who pointed me in the right direction, I was hoping for someplace to grab a bite since I hadn't eaten all day yet! Enter Pop's Paninis. I won't call it a hole in the wall since the small location looked amazing on the inside, but it isn't a huge restaurant or anything since there are only three or four seats in the event you're as ravenous as I was and have to tear into your sandwich the moment it comes off the press. On the recommendation of a very friendly regular I had a little chat with while he waited for his sandwich, I ordered the turkey bacon ranch because it comes on garlic rosemary bread. A handful of minutes later and I had my sandwich and a complementary cookie, too! I'm sure I'll be back in the area again, so I'll try something different next time, but the sandwich was good enough to make me want to come back again. What left the biggest impression was the veggie toppings, and especially the crispy, crunchy lettuce that just screamed "FRESH!" as I was eating. I'll be brutally honest and say the paninis aren't the easiest on the wallet, but they're damn good all the same. I'd definitely recommend giving them a shot if you're in the area. I'm a big guy and the standard size filled me right up. I'll probably try either the Philly, or something with spicy salami since I like my sandwiches to burn a little bit. See you next time, Pop's!
